Recognition Corner
We would like to recognize our Founder David J. Williams, Jr. on being Brookdale Elementary School Teacher of the Year for 2020-2021. David teaches 5th Grade and started a mentoring program “Why Not Wednesday”. He stands on the motto “Why Not”, the mentality to make a difference in the world.
David is a graduate of the illustrious South Carolina State University, he obtained his Bachelors (‘15) and Masters (‘17). He is currently a Doctoral candidate at Liberty University where he aspires to receive his Educational Doctorate in Curriculum and Instruction in the fall. While teaching and student success are his passions. David enjoys most being around his family.
